The Learning Environment

 We believe that the children learn from their surroundings. We ensure that they are enveloped in a creative and creative and positive environment where children experience tolerance, encouragement, praise, fairness, security acceptance and friendship. In this nurturing atmosphere children develop qualities like patience, confidence, gratitude, a sense of justice and faith in their peers, fostering an all-encompassing love for the world.

In our learning environment, children benefit from hands on curriculum, encouraging original and creative thinking. We boost their confidence so that they try out their ideas. Our teaching involves interactive methods across subjects, promoting multidisciplinary approach. We believe child learn best by observing, just like how they learn to crawl, walk and talk. Hence, we create an environment suitable for learning and the curriculum is flexible. We use age appropriate materials and activities, combined with an interdisciplinary approach for natural phenomena. Our teaching methods cater to different learning styles, ensuring effective learning. Importantly we don’t expect children to compete with others but allow them growing at their own pace.

In our learning environment, we encourage children to participate in small group, one to one and large group activities. This helps each child to develop leadership quality and ensures everyone gets a chance to join in. We have a good mix of indoor and outdoor space which allows children to move around freely, choose activities and use different materials. Loose materials are provided to boost learning, creativity and thinking skills. We balance active and passive activities through which children learn about time and routine of the day. Instead of focusing on memorization, our goal is to help children to think, analyze, explore, experience and express themselves.

Our classrooms are child friendly, with print rich environment to inform children about their surroundings and introduce new words and concepts. The classroom environment is designed to be stimulating and motivating by utilizing a wide range of materials and activities. Through different learning centers children get daily opportunities to engage with them. Seating is arranged in groups of tables and chairs, accommodating six children each. This design enhances the teacher’s ability to provide personal attention, fostering a close and bonding environment.
